2014 awardee Christine Waigl earned a physics degree in her native Germany and lived in Paris and then London for 15 years before arriving in Alaska in 2011. Global Change Student Grant Competition
The annual Global Change Student Research Grant Competition has funded over 250 graduate and undergraduate research projects since its inception in 1992.
The proposal submission deadline for the 2016 competition was Friday, February 5, 2016. Results will be announced in late April or early May.
